Abstract

Islam defines practical and obvious paths and directions for man and all of humankind, guiding them not only in matters of faith and worship but also in matters and in every aspect of life. Islam has provided them with principles, such as things and the affairs of the kingdom and governance, etc., rather than a specific shape and manner. It has given guidelines and rules with the idea that a Muslim can manage his affairs effectively as the times and conditions change, so do commercial activity and corporate methods. And every single day, new forms are emerging. Islam is a timeless faith whose adherents adjust to every situation with shifting circumstances. Does not abandon him and instead walks him through each stage. A Muslim must, of course, be conscious of both the Shariah's guiding principles and the newly established situation in business activity. The Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) used to personally visit the marketplaces and bazaars that were in existence at the time, and in addition to inviting people and preaching, he also used to provide the Companions, may Allah be pleased with them, with religious instruction. The Aadhati in the vegetable market occupies the same position as the spine in the body, meaning that everything in the market revolves around it. Landlords and vendors bring their wares to the Aadhati for sale. If so, he creates a bill for the landlord and the merchant after selling the goods and makes deductions under several sections. What proportion of this behavior complies with Shari'a law and what proportion deviates from Shari'a law?
