Recognizing the autonomous economic agency of women, the Qur??n affirms the rights to property, inheritance, wages, and dowry, and provides a rationale for those rights based on justice and compassion. Before being confused with our Modern context, our history demonstrates significant examples; such as economic leaders like Khadijah bint Khuwaylid (RA) and scholars like Aisha bint Abi Bakr (RA), two exemplary contributors to our evolving rights for women. Simultaneously, global instruments like the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR, 1948), the Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination against Women (CEDAW, 1979), and ILO conventions underscore equal rights for women to work, to equal pay, to property, and to freedom from discrimination. Both frameworks eventually meet at the common ground of justice and women's economic participation, but they split paths on the emphasis: the Qur'anic framework emphasizes equity within family and social obligations; the UN framework accentuates (though it does not achieve) complete equality across contexts. The legal and ethical basis to institute these changes is established, however, the cultural distortions and the limits of weak institutional enforcement, as well as a patriarchal development, remain stymied from implementation. The paper argues that to achieve true empowerment, Qur'anic ethics should be translated into criteria sufficient to universal standards to attain the rightful place of women in economic life as an inherent divine command and a universal human right.

Keywords: Women's Economic Rights; Qur'an; United Nations; CEDAW; Gender Justice; Human Dignity
Dr. Muhammad Waqar Dr. Noman Naeem Copyright (c) 2025 INTERNATIONAL JOURNAL OF ISLAMIC STUDIES & CULTURE 2025-08-26 2025-08-26 5 2 90 110 The Use Of Electronic Games: An Analytical Study Of The Issues From a Sharia Perspective http://ijisc.com.pk/index.php/IJISC/article/view/839
Islam provides solutions to contemporary issues and for this purpose Islam has described the principle of Ijtihad to present solutions of contemporary issues in the light of shariah principles. One of the most important of these modern problems is to provide solution regarding Electronic Games in the light of Shariah sources. With present day technology and modern tools becoming common, the trend of Electronic Games has gained momentum in the world and now hardly any house is empty of their existence. Electronic Games have some characteristics of Physical Games, but there is a difference between the two in many ways. Keeping in mind the instructions found in the Qur'an and Sunnah regarding entertainment, or the concepts of Halal and Haraam, through these principles we can highlight the limits of Electronic Games as well as, can determine the Shariah status of them. The study aims to focus on the important points related to Electronic Games, including buying and selling of their tools & technology. He belonged to the Sherani tribe of Afghanistan. His father, Hafiz Mahmood Sherani, was a religious scholar and a teacher of great stature. Akhtar Sherani is considered one of the modern poets of his time who experimented with new styles of poetry and gave it a new tone. Even the famous poets of that time could not help but acknowledge his uniqueness. Among those who appreciated his poetry, the prominent poet of that time, Faiz Ahmed Faiz, is also included. According to Faiz, "Sherani is considered one of those poets who gave a new style to the poetry of his time. He made an effort to bring the generation of that time out of the mirage of beauty and love and into the world of reality, and he was successful in this to some extent. Akhtar Sherani was undoubtedly an excellent romantic poet. He was not only unique and distinguished among his contemporaries, but also the most popular poet, and his poetry reached its peak. The color, style and harmony of his romantic poetry are different from all others. He did not follow anyone in poetry, nor was his poetry influenced by anyone's style of expression. Rather, he chose his own path of poetry and established such milestones in it that new paths were paved for his predecessors. This article examines Akhtar Sherani in a new way.

Key Words: Akhtar Sherani, Muhammad Dawood Khan, Hafiz Mahmood Sherani, Faiz, excellent romantic poet, style of expression.
1.Dr. Parveen Kallu 2.Dr. Zonera Batool 3.Dr. Muhammad Khalid Latif Sahil Dr. Muhammad Rahman Copyright (c) 2025 INTERNATIONAL JOURNAL OF ISLAMIC STUDIES & CULTURE 2025-05-26 2025-05-26 5 2 30 34 The Jurisprudence of Da'wah to the Hypocrites: A Study of Shaykh Amin Ahsan Islahi Interpretation in Tadabbur-e-Qur'an" http://ijisc.com.pk/index.php/IJISC/article/view/841
This article examines the jurisprudence of Islamic da?wah (propagation) toward hypocrites, drawing on Shaykh Amin Ahsan Islahi’s Tadabbur-e-Qur’an. It analyzes Qur’anic verses that describe the traits and behaviors of hypocrites and the internal barriers that prevent them from embracing the truth, offering insights for addressing modern manifestations of hypocrisy in Muslim societies. Historically, hypocrites undermined the early Muslim community from within, and similar patterns reappear today amid global challenges facing the ummah. Islahi’s exegetical approach highlights the Qur’an’s multi-layered strategy toward hypocrisy—combining exposure, indirect critique, invitation to reform, and stern warning—while revealing the psychological and moral roots of this disease and the Qur’anic method of confronting it.

Keywords:
Fiqh of Da'wah, Hypocrites, Tafsir, Amin Ahsan Islahi
رحمة راٹھور عبد القادر هارون Copyright (c) 2025 INTERNATIONAL JOURNAL OF ISLAMIC STUDIES & CULTURE 2025-08-11 2025-08-11 5 2 69 89 The Shariah Commandments of the Use of Gold, Silver and other Metals http://ijisc.com.pk/index.php/IJISC/article/view/838
Islam provides balanced guidance in all aspects of life, including the use of metals. Gold is strictly forbidden for men in the form of jewelry but permitted for women as adornment. However, both men and women are prohibited from using gold utensils. In cases of necessity, such as medical use, limited exceptions are allowed. Men may wear a single silver ring not exceeding one mithqal (approximately 4.37 grams), while women may use silver jewelry more freely, provided it is not extravagant. Silver utensils are forbidden for everyone. Jewelry made from other metals like iron, copper, or brass is generally disliked, and rings made from them are discouraged. However, utensils made from these metals are allowed. Women may wear jewelry made of gold, silver, precious stones, plastic, or similar materials, as long as it is modest. Noisy jewelry (like anklets with bells) is discouraged. Items made from animal parts (except pigs) are permitted for adornment. Islam’s guidance emphasizes moderation, practicality, and spiritual wisdom in all aspects of life.

Keywords: The Shariah Commandments, Gold, Silver, Metals, Ring, Jewelry, iron, copper, brass
Dr. Atiq Ullah Dr. Abdul Haq Copyright (c) 2025 INTERNATIONAL JOURNAL OF ISLAMIC STUDIES & CULTURE 2025-06-17 2025-06-17 5 2 46 54 The Foundation of Intellectual Security in Islamic Civilization: An analytical Study http://ijisc.com.pk/index.php/IJISC/article/view/831
Peace, security, and safety are among the greatest blessings and key objectives of Islamic Shariah, supported by numerous references in the Qur'an and Sunnah. There are various forms of peace that a human being requires, including the safety of life, wealth, honor, and dignity. One such crucial form is intellectual security, which holds immense importance in the contemporary era. Especially in present times, the Muslim Ummah is facing severe intellectual challenges from the enemies of Islam who aim to distort Islamic identity and destabilize moral values by promoting deviant ideologies and concepts. Hence, the necessity and significance of intellectual security have increased manifold. Islamic civilization and culture are fundamentally based on Divine Revelation (the Qur'an and Sunnah). Due to this strong foundation, Islamic culture possesses unique characteristics that are not found in any other civilization. These very characteristics provide comprehensive guidance not only in the realms of social and physical peace but also in ensuring intellectual security for the Muslim Ummah. There is a dire need to explore and clarify these foundational principles in depth. This research paper has been written with the following core objectives:

1.To explain the concepts of Islamic culture and intellectual security.

2.To shed light on the notion of intellectual security within the framework of Islamic civilization and culture.

3.To identify and present the foundational elements of intellectual security as rooted in Islamic culture, and to analyze intellectual safety in light of these principles.

Keywords: Intellectual Security – Islamic Civilization – Foundational Principles
Dr. Adeeba Siddiqui Shad Muhammad Wali Muhammad Copyright (c) 2025 INTERNATIONAL JOURNAL OF ISLAMIC STUDIES & CULTURE 2025-05-18 2025-05-18 5 2 1 13
