Abstract

This study depicts the the role of motivation in learning of English language at the tertiary level in our country. This study deals with whether learners are integrative or instrumental motivated. This study also focuses on which type’s motivation is effective for learners. For this study, data is collected through questionnaire from the learners at the tertiary level. The major findings of the study is that most of the learners are integrative motivated in learning english at their tertiary level
