Abstract
This paper undertakes a meticulous examination of the status of Hazrat Abd al-Rahman within the realms of Fiqh (Islamic jurisprudence) and Uloom-ul-Fiqh (the sciences of Fiqh). Employing a systematic research methodology grounded in textual analysis, historical inquiry, and scholarly interpretation, the study aims to elucidate the multifaceted roles and contributions of Hazrat Abd al-Rahman to Islamic legal thought. The primary objective is to investigate the scholarly legacy of Hazrat Abd al-Rahman, exploring his influence on the development of Fiqh and Uloom-ul-Fiqh. Through a comprehensive review of primary sources, including classical texts and legal treatises, as well as secondary literature and scholarly commentaries, this research seeks to unravel the intricate nuances of Hazrat Abd al-Rahman's jurisprudential insights and methodologies. Central to this analysis is the formulation of hypotheses that guide the inquiry into Hazrat Abd al-Rahman's significance within the field of Fiqh.
