A Review of Cholestasis Elements in Prose Literature نثری ادب میں چولستانی عناصر کا جائزہ

Abstract

Prose refers to simple and common speech in which words are not manipulated. It is based on reality and there is no illusion and simplicity in it, it is called prose.  Every region has its own customs which affect the life of the people living in that region, such as dialects, ceremonies, rituals, etc. which also affect literature. The Cholistan region of South Punjab is rich in the beauty of nature. The dialects, customs, and daily needs of the people of this region are different from other regions. In Urdu prose literature, fiction, drama, novel, the characteristics of Cholistani elements are visible in many places.
