Abstract

Halal tourism is a new and Islamic term of the 21st  century, which is used in modern times for recreational activities in accordance with Islamic principles. In general, in both ancient and modern terms, travel, tourism, sightseeing, sports, any Participating in festivals, performing religious duties and traveling to holy places is called "tourism". In modern and contemporary Islamic terminology, "Halal Tourism" is used for tourism that meets Shariah requirements. A person is in the state of travel, even if in the state of residence, their stay, food and mutual transactions in both cases do not conflict with the Holy Shariat and its guiding principles. In the world of tourism, "Halal Tourism" is also known by the names of Halal Tourism, Al-Sayaha Al-Sharia, Al-Sayaha Al-Hilal, Al-Sayaha Al-Siddiqiya llal-Muslimeen Friendly Tourism, Halal Tourism, Islamic Tourism Muslim and it is considered necessary to mention these other names here. So that the reader does not have difficulty and worry in understanding and recognizing due to different names being used for the same thing, but he should know immediately when he hears any of these names that they are all multiple names of the same thing.
