Abstract

The creator of the universe has used the method of marriage in all religions for the survival of the human race from the creation of man to the doomsday and prohibited all the other means of obtaining children apart from marriage. A new method is in use to achieve this, which is called surrogacy. Until the birth, the woman should keep him in her womb and get wages and labor for him. From the Islamic point of view, this situation is absolutely illegitimate to adopt for obtaining children. Because in the Holy Qur'an, Allah Ta'ala has described the qualities of believing men and women and said that they protect their private parts and women who rent their wombs for others, then they are exempted from this attribute of protection. Also, Islam forbids earning money through the private part of the body, and the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) forbade earning money on it.
