Abstract

legal person, or artificial person, is the core topic of law. In law, it has limited liability. It has been considered a natural person. Who can make contract agreements? The person who can sue and be sued in court in the name of corporate personality. In Shariah, there is a lot of discussion on this topic. Scholars differ in the existence of corporate personalities. In Shariah, there are many commands that could be influenced by the concept of corporate personality. Acceptance of corporate personality and limited liability will disrupt Fiqh's entire structure. Whether it is Abidat, Mamilat, or Jinayat.
